Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Wisdom From The Heart Through Inner Growth
Exploring wisdom from the heart through inner growth; how to find your inner wisdom; why is wisdom from the heart different than just wisdom; how inner growth’s neutrality in duality plays a role in your heart-felt inner wisdom; how and why wisdom from the heart is always available to you, no matter what age; and why it is that only when you go deep within, you find the guidance you are seeking, and the opportunity for inner growth from the heart for the essence of you and its pursuit of complete expression from within and “without” (the external), achievement of inner and outer harmony and more.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Your heart-felt wisdom is always calm and without fear, there is a sense of serenity and comfort when you perceive it. Make it a habit to notice when you have these feelings on a thought that came to mind for something you’re planning to do. As you learn to differentiate between your heart-felt wisdom and what is not from the heart, take a look at the non-heart felt wisdom to see what parts of it resonate with you and what parts don’t. Include in your evaluation the parts that resonate with your heart-felt wisdom.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: When you are in doubt about a decision to make, explore what is holding you back from the heart by exploring those feelings of resistance, sadness, frustration, anything that is not calm or blissful in feeling. Find the hidden fears for each of these feelings and bring forth two to three reassurances from the heart. Then write down two to three ideas that come to mind in your state of calmness/peacefulness from the heart.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: For you tapping in to your heart-felt wisdom should be much easier, but that doesn’t mean there is the absence of other input that confuses or hides that wisdom from your perceiving it clearly. Every time you perceive some confusion emotionally on a heart-felt wisdom thought, make a list of three to five things you see clearly from the heart and three to five things that have mixed feelings. Explore each and find those areas you need to raise your consciousness to in a deeper way from within, while also thinking outside the box, trying to go beyond your thought process in a way that can expand the experience to include additional perspectives, scenarios, things you haven’t thought of yet.
