Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Every time you feel powerless in a situation bring your attention to the power of your mind and make a switch in what is going on, to learning about what’s going on within you (in your emotions, in your heart). Write about what you find is taking place and decide on one solution you can bring forth to assist how you feel in the moment.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Make it a habit to identify when you are focusing on others and/or the external in situations that don’t go a specific way you thought they should or wanted them to. Find three ways to bring forth flow, trust, and acceptance of the unknown; while letting go of the aspects that are holding you back from your inner power to go beyond in any situation that takes place.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Find the time to understand what areas from deep within you can bring forth to expand your inner power to include more flow with life, trust in you, and harmony with all (particularly those things, people, situations, that are opposite to your inclinations).
