Write about how you feel about this particular trait you hold, why you understand that others may not accept it, but how it works with your natural flow with life, while respecting others and their way of life too.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Uncover the deeper layers of the things you’ve accepted about yourself, but that you know are not necessarily part of the norm in your particular societal culture. Look for the hurts and bring forth love for self, love for others, and write about one way you’re finding harmony for that particular trait you hold and bringing it forth in your day-to-day without letting expectations get in the way.
