  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: When you find yourself in a place of self-judgement you want to remember to be loving and compassionate with yourself as you work through challenges. Take the time to think of moments when you brought out the best in you to help someone else who was facing a dilemma, and use that same love and compassion to guide yourself through the moment with the same heart and mind you share with others at your best.

Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about how the inner growth mindset brings out the best in you in more and more occasions thanks to it keeping you in an open heart and mind indifferently from what comes your way.
