Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Your Mindset Is What Leads Your Life
Exploring how your mindset is what leads your life; why inner growth as a journey and a mindset are amazing in what they can lead; how every mindset begins with the external, the essence of you (the heart), and the heart and mind path you pursue as you live life; what others have to do with the mindset you end up adapting or finding doesn’t fit completely with your inner self, the essence of you; and why it always comes down to you choosing to raise your consciousness, shift awareness, and focus within to listen to your heart and mind, understand the essence of you and the human elements involved, and know that unconditional love and life will always lead you well and to something more, to allow flow to be the life you lead from the mindset you lead it with and be your infinite human potential in your every day.

Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Make it a habit to explore what type of mindset you have when challenges come your way. Decide on one to three different ways to add to your mindset aspects that allow you to grow sense of calm and pro-active inclination. Also find one way to bring forth emotions of unconditional love to self and the external, to keep you in a place of openness so that you may be more receptive to new ideas that will provide solutions to the challenges.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: It’s time to transform a duality mindset into a neutrality one, or better said an inner growth mindset, a mindset that incorporates all with unconditional love for the inner world that is you and the outer world that you live. This is the opportunity for you to let go of extremes, while embracing all sides of a situation and bringing out the best middle ground, the inner harmony you can only find when you create other options instead of staying stuck in two’s, judgement, and limits.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about your experiences with the inner growth mindset and how you experience other’s mindsets when you have interactions with people who are not in a place of complete neutrality, learning, trust in life, and more. Write about what hurts you learn about, what loves you learn about, what life you get to know thanks to the different mindsets around and your ability to see them as an addition to the world and the life you experience in your every day.
