Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: When you are facing doubt or uncertainty on something, take some time to go to your heart, to that feeling of when you know everything will be alright. From this place, write down one to five things that press (stress, create emotional unrest, etc.) you the most about these doubts or uncertainties and think of at least three pro-active ways you can work through them by taking loving and constructive action.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: In a place of duality allow your heart to be the voice of unconditional love that can lead you into complete openness to hearing out both sides of the coin. As with every aspect of duality, it’s not about having to adopt the side you are less inclined toward, it’s about acceptance of it and doing the best you can to lead your life in loving way towards self and others. Write one way you can do this as you contemplate the aspect of duality you’re dealing with from a place of heart.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about the different ways you are standing up for your heart, but also the heart of others and assisting loved ones to uncover their inner guidance system more and more. List one to three things that stand out as you live from the heart and work with the mind from a loving place to bring things to life in your every day. Also take note of anything you can use to guide others on their inner growth journey if the occasion arises.
