Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: No One Can Make You Believe In Anything
Exploring how no one can make you believe in anything; how your belief is something that begins with the external, but perseveres from the internal, that is, within you, at the heart level, from the depths of you; how there are those who say you don’t believe anything yourself in essence, but why that doesn’t really matter, depending on what you believe or don’t believe; how this believing and not believing is something that will always leave anyone wondering, until the decision from the heart, their own heart, on what they believe or don’t believe is made; and how the inner growth journey and mindset get you to go within and use the human elements and the essence of you to pursue a learning and inner-centering path/course when it comes to life matters, important emotional and conflicting matters, and day-to-day situations that are essentially dealing with a belief that you’re not settled on quite yet from within you (with the entirety of you – mind and heart).
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Practice catching yourself when you’re beginning to defend a belief in what’s becoming an argument and/or very heated discussion. As you raise your consciousness to your feelings (in the moment) bring forth a feeling that allows you to recalibrate to a place of inner calm. Next remind yourself why a belief is something that you’re not meant to impose, nor others can impose on you. Later on, take some time to write about what you learned from the inner exploration that took place.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: It’s time to grow neutrality at heart for those beliefs that still pull at your strings and keep you in duality. Go to the hurt and identify the areas of unconditional self-love and acceptance that are meant to take place within yourself on those beliefs that you feel so alone or misunderstood on. Include in these moments of thoughts the awareness that others feel the exact same way about their beliefs.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: When there’s an expansion of a belief (or beliefs) you hold thanks to sharing life in an open, neutral, and loving way with others; write down as much as possible about what has been added and/or transformed in the belief that went through expansion thanks to the way you are able to view the topic at hand with all the different beliefs connecting to each other conceptually speaking (from a place of continuous inner growth and learning mindset when it comes to life topics).
