Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Everything Begins With A Thought
Exploring how everything begins with a thought; how you are the puppeteer of your thoughts or better said, the master and transformer of them; how the foundation/starting point of your thoughts begins with the human elements provided by the external and how they are ever-evolving depending on when you consciously acknowledge that your thoughts come from your mind connecting the dots and therefore can be worked with, expanded on, re-elaborated, and transformed; why your feelings/emotions are important in this acknowledgement and thought process transformation, this open-ended evolution, ascension, awakening to heart and consciousness; how your heart always leads the way, but can only come forth in its infinite loving potential if you raise your consciousness to the connection of your thoughts and heart from within you; why there’s always the need of you to shift your awareness and focus to within to see and grow your inner power through growing your mind and heart talk while working with the external that is a part of life; and how this inner growth journey is ever-evolving for as long as new thoughts begin and end from within you with love in your heart for life, learning, growing, expanding the human elements of you and the essence of you, and more.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Take one of the recurring thoughts that you’d like to transform in your day-to-day. Begin the process of transformation by finding a way to bring a feeling of neutrality and unconditional love to the thought. Once you feel that you can be in a place of calm from within with that thought, begin elaborating on the thought with different concepts (even ones that go the opposite way of it). Write down one to three of the new thoughts that come about with that one thought, and also track what inner growth you notice.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find the judgement that comes from one of your recurring thoughts and decide on how to explore it with neutrality so that you can see both sides of the picture (the dualities). Notice how doing this (seeing both sides from a neutral place at the heart level) releases some weight, tension, feeling of pull within you at the heart level, and instead brings more of a sense of flow and neutrality, perhaps even peace and harmony. Practice this with any and all judgements and track what unconditional self-loving insights come to mind, as well as unconditional love and understanding insights that come to mind for others.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about the daily thoughts that come to mind from this newfound place of consciousness with love at heart and inner growth in mind. Write about some of the ways you’re able to share this unconditional love, understanding, and growing expansion with others thorough what you do, the relationships you build and what you communicate with each other, and more.
