Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Choose one thing you’re going to stick by that represents you in all that you do from the heart. Write about the challenges you face with the external that does it differently, and how you find ways to keep being yourself while respecting others’ and their different ways.
  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: For all areas of being yourself that you find you’re sensitive about or defend very strongly in conversation, go within and find one to three ways you can bring unconditional love towards you, understanding towards others and grow neutrality to release any hurt, defensiveness, or other feelings that don’t allow you to be in a state of complete acceptance with yourself with only unconditional love at heart and in mind.
  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about how much easier it gets for you to be yourself at all times while respecting others, what inner growth comes about, and what new discoveries you make about life, others, unconditional love applied to your day-to-day, and anything else you feel is an example of how you’re doing you from the heart and with heart (towards others).
