Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Stop Getting Hijacked By Others’ Emotions
Exploring how to stop getting hijacked by others’ emotions by understanding mirror neurons and human behavior with inner growth in mind; how through the mirror that comes with human interactions you can learn about you, the essence of you and areas where you can grow unconditional love; how through neutrality and inner power you realize that on one can hijack you, your thoughts/mind, or your emotions; and why a learning, loving, and inner growth mindset when you pick up the emotional state and intentions of others leads you to accessing and being (becoming) your infinite higher potential more and more.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Every time you feel the emotions of others becoming more prevalent than yours turn your focus within (to your heart). Bring forth the feeling of unconditional love and allow your thoughts to express what you can do for you in that moment to remain centered in the feeling of neutrality and/or feeling of calm or flow.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Journal about the judgements you have when you are in situations of overwhelming emotions that others express or share with you. For each judgement find one neutral thought and bring forth the understanding necessary to lead your heart to a place of unconditional love, compassion, and/or neutrality.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about the insights you gain when others are expressing and/or sharing their emotions with you. Write down one to three things you did that kept you in a state of neutrality and unconditional love enabling you to pursue the inner growth lessons and loving insights from the situation.
