Inner Growth Exercise of The Day 345 – Understanding What Fear Does To The Brain

Exploring the intricate nature of what fear does to the brain; how understanding this dynamic (mechanism) assists you to overcome, rework, and/or resolve fear in specific situations that you want to work on; why the inner growth journey and mindset help you to do this in your day-to-day with things that aren’t fearful per se, but that bring you to feel and react in ways that are not flowing, heart-warming, calm, and/or smooth; the benefits that you gain in your life and from deep within you in knowing about fear and the brain, the human elements and the essence of you (self, heart, etc.); and how this infinite journey of inner growth brings you to feel, be, and express in amazing and tangible ways the unlimited higher potential you are as a person and also grow the unconditional love for self and the world you live in.

Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Identify things you know are a result of the unknowns in life and begin noticing how you feel in these moments when they take place. As you do this, create for each unknown: a foundation of knowledge that helps you conceptualize it (what’s sending you into fear, panic, anxiety, etc. mode) and also decide on the loving, sense of security, feeling (with the feeling being brought by a thought, place, image, belief of faith and trust, etc.) you want to bring forth in the moment when you are dealing with that specific unknown again in the future.
  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Make a list of words that describe the feelings you have when dealing with an unknown. For each word identify another word, one that brings forth a feeling of neutrality, sense of security, and unconditional love. Write about the redefining that takes place and how it gets you to move beyond with a new conceptualization and feeling of that specific unknown.
  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about your experiences with unknowns in life now that you have a raised consciousness in the moment to that feeling of underlying fear that takes place when something is not conceptualized by your consciousness yet (because it is unknown/unexpected). Write one to three things that stand out about this inner growth processing of the experience.

Your turn – Share your experience with your inner growth exercise of the day depending on where you are in your journey😊
