Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Pick one of the habitual thoughts you want to transform and lead in a new direction to add to your daily energy and life. Decide on the new thought and every time you practice, write down or explore through contemplation your experience. Evaluate your feelings, thoughts (supportive and not), and use unconditional love to support you along the way.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Every time you enter a thought process of duality bring forth a third thought that bonds and/or links the two (in duality) in some way creating a grey area and/or the connection to each side that represents the opportunity they give together. Track (journal about) how unconditional love, neutrality, and human understanding play a role along your journey to create a new thought pattern for duality topics, thoughts, moments, etc.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: When you know you have created a new thought from a previous habitual one, journal about the entire process from start to finish. Include what reason you initiated the new thought, what feelings were surrounding it and the entire process, and the inner growth that came about, as well as the infinite potential you tapped into thanks to the experience.
