Inner Growth Exercise of The Day 340 – There’s Always Tomorrow To Try Again

Exploring in a stream of consciousness style podcast episode the human elements and the self and the unconditional love it (the self) seeks from you; how the external impacts, creates, and assists the self by not being an exact replica of it; personal challenges that I’ve (personally) faced to share ways with you to use inner growth in inner conflict, vulnerable, and challenging moments; elaborating and sharing more details on the inner growth journey and mindset, the endless journey from the external world to the inner world (the self, the essence of you, the heart and mind of you, tapping into your infinite potential), from unconditional love of self to unconditional love of and for others, and more of our mind and heart inner power linked to self (inner world) and the external.

Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Anytime you’re ready to give up on something important to you, think of just one other way you can try it again tomorrow. To prepare/plan for this: Add one hopeful loving thought and one thought of why patience is needed as you persevere in this matter; Ask your inner self about the fear, hurt, and/or other worries present with this something; and look for two to three ways to bring unconditional love and trust in yourself to find a way to persevere.
  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Take a look at the judgement in not being able to finish something exactly as you’d like and bring forth one to three reasons why this way of dealing with yourself doesn’t help you try again or have much strength and/or joy to try again tomorrow. Next, pick one to three unconditional loving and understanding thoughts you can apply to the situation and yourself to lead into a state and feeling of neutrality that is motivated by love, which will get you to keep going with a lighter load in heart and mind.
  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal weekly about how you assist others to keep going on things they believe in, and also track if you face challenging moments with things that you’re working on and that are not unfolding just yet.

Your turn – Share your experience with your inner growth exercise of the day depending on where you are in your journey😊
