Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Your Mind Can Be Your Greatest Strength and Ally or Your Worst Enemy
Exploring how your mind can be your greatest strength and ally or your worst enemy; how inner growth gets you to use your mind relationship consciously as the “tool” that enables you to learn more, grow more, become more unconditionally loving, and tap in to the infinite potential of you more; the amazing journey of extremes (duality) with neutrality; how the neutrality brings it all together enabling any heart and mind conversation to be one that furthers unconditional love towards self and all, while growing from within in a way that raises your consciousness, mind and heart to a whole new level of the inner growth and infinite potential journey you are on as a human, as you live life in this world, with the external, and the essence of you; and why paying attention to your heart (your feelings) and bringing unconditional love to you (and your feelings) is fundamental to all of this (the opportunity for inner growth, for going beyond with your mind on any aspect with love for self and all, and so on).
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Practice daily to refocus one thought (a specific situation or thing you tend to contemplate daily) and the emotions linked it in a new direction. So, add a different spin to the thought as well as a new emotion with thoughts and feelings that bring forth an added positive, proactive, loving aspect to the thought and feelings. After a bit of doing this, apply the same process to all non-flowing and/or inner conflicting thoughts and see how that helps you.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Whenever you have time, practice raising your consciousness to the dual aspects your mind uses to explore things (choose one thing and the thought that comes with that one thing/aspect) and bring in a third thought that is neutral. As you bring the two aspects together as a whole with neutrality, also think of at least one new thought to the thing/aspect. Pay close attention to your heart, if it is not open and flowing, also explore that aspect in the same manner.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about every new way your new inner growth journey and mindset, your new mind and heart relationship, brings forth more of the infinite potential of you (the essence of you, the heart of you, the human of you, etc.) in the world you live through the things you do, your relationships, the life you lead, the projects you embark on, the thought processes you hold, and anything that stands out that you want to record of this amazing new relationship with your mind in inner growth and unconditionally loving mode.
