Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Make it a point to track how you bring forth inner harmony with all the things that don’t make you feel in that place from within (from the heart, emotionally, and the mind, thought wise). Add one unconditional loving thought to help you continue pursuing inner harmony as you deal with the situations over again if you have no way of avoiding them from taking place (which sometimes happens in life).
  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Take all judgements of anything that is not in harmony with you and bring forth one to three outlooks that can help you be in a place of neutrality, self-love, and anything else that can transform the situation you’re judging in one of opportunity to heal inner hurts/wounds, go beyond from a consciousness stand-point, and move further (from deep within you) into a place of inner harmony from the heart and mind, no matter what is going on outside of you in life.
  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about the new things that get you to explore bringing forth inner harmony. Make a list of all that stands out from raising your consciousness to the opportunity; and also share one- or two-ways that unconditional love, neutrality, and acceptance of the external (as is) play a role in this pursuit.
