Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Overcoming Feelings Of Powerlessness
Exploring overcoming feelings of powerlessness; how inner growth plays a role in assisting you to go all the way with this process; what the process entails consciously speaking and humanly speaking; how your mind and heart, ego and not-ego, self and essence, all of you, are a part of the way you’ll overcome this feeling in any moment that it arises, for as long as it arises; and why it’s what you believe you can do and can achieve from within you, the power you believe you hold from within, that determines when powerlessness ends and when the opportunity for empowerment begins and stays with you moving forward in all things that take place in life.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Every time feelings of powerlessness make their way to you take some time to reflect on where you do hold power, then go to heart as well and bring forth love for the situation at hand. From this place, choose one to three things you can do the next time this feeling comes about with the situation you’re facing and implement until you find you have completely resolved powerlessness and replaced with powerfulness (from the heart, so with unconditional love for self and others and the situation present).
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Take judgements (dualities) you hold on the feelings of powerlessness you’ve experienced and/or experience in time and bring forth what opportunity to reclaim and find your inner power you have in these moments. Make a list of all the ways you’re overcoming these feelings and replacing with neutrality, as well as a growth of self-worth and love (towards self and the external that gives you the opportunities to grow your inner power from the heart).
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Take time to journal on new ways you are immediately in a place of opportunity for empowerment from the heart when situations that would have brought about feelings of powerlessness to you in the past arise. Also, write one to three tips that you find can help others to grow their inner power and overcome feelings of powerlessness (when they come to you for advice or support).
