Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Journal about the inner conversations you have with life matters/situations that bring about inner conflict. List one to three things you can do to replace conflict with harmony, bring forth unconditional love and acceptance of the external as is, plus a new way of thinking the situation that is helpful.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Write about the dualities that take place in your inner conversations from the mind and heart. Find at least one way to bring forth neutrality and unconditional love to both sides of the conversation.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: As you experience inner growth expanding conversations in your life and day-to-day, track the transformations that stand out from your past and new heart and mind inner conversations.
