Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Taking Conscious Ownership Of What Is Yours
Exploring taking conscious ownership of what is yours; how inner growth gets you to raise your consciousness to this aspect of ownership from within, with acceptance of all that is without (the external) so that you can bring forth your infinite higher potential while coexisting with the external (the society) you’re a part of; and why ownership of what is yours is something that involves the heart and mind of you, the essence of you, without the need of social validation of it.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Make it a habit to raise your consciousness to any inner conflict that arises in your life or day-to-day. Pose questions and answers to what the conflict is about, from a feeling (heart) standpoint and a thought (mind) standpoint. Next provide one to three solutions that get you from within to move forward without the need of the external to change, it’s only an inner “job”.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Take a look at the dualities in inner conflict areas. List what you judge (allocate to “bad/good”) and how it links to a need of social validation. With this clear, cut the social validation link by providing how you accept that trait or situation as is from within you (consciously speaking) and then also find what neutrality outlook you can bring forth to the “good/bad” aspects while respecting all (unconditional love for self and others/external).
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about the amazing discoveries and expansions that take place of your infinite higher potential now that you’re consistently in inner growth mode with a level of consciousness about what is taking place from within and without as things are happening.
