Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: To What Problem Would You Like A Solution?
Exploring to what problem would you like a solution; how taking complete, in-depth, ownership of your problems and solutions transforms your relationship with what you seek in moments of life that bring about deep challenges, fears, doubts, uncertainty, etc.; how inner growth gets you to see the opportunity that comes from dealing with a “problem” from within (the heart of you, the essence of you and the human elements of you); why a learning mindset is what keeps you engaged in a grateful and appreciative way while working through the “problem”; and how when you find your unique way of “solving” any and all “problems” in your life from within you (heart and mind, internal and external, etc.), you become infinitely engaged with your higher potential at a conscious level (that expands and grows continuously).
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Practice going within to find your unique solution to problems you face daily. Do this in a way that keeps love for self and others present, respecting what input is given to you by your external support, while giving priority to your inner heart’s solution and intuition on the matter.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find the duality in the solutions you have for a problem you’re resolving from within you, while using external guidance as added information to assist you in developing your unique solution from the heart. All dual aspects (judgments) that arise conflicting feelings are what you want to explore and bring unconditional love to, both self-love and love of others, the external, for how they are or how it is. Next write one or two solutions that see the dualities from a neutral and unconditional loving heart.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about what inner growth comes from the different opportunities that arise with the solutions you are seeking to apply in your life to reach defined goals, objectives, outcomes, etc., that sometimes face “problems” before you can get there. Also, list one to three words of advice from the heart that you want to keep in mind for future situations that will be similar in nature.
