Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Choosing What Will Guide You In Life
Exploring choosing what will guide you in life; what and/or who is already guiding you; how does your inner you guide you; the importance your heart, the essence of you, should have in being your primary guide; how inner growth gets you to tune in to this inner guidance system and what unconditional love has to do with it; and in what ways life and its unknown component are always providing you with the option to use your inner guidance system from the heart and mind.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Make it a practice to go within when you find yourself facing an emotional dilemma for a situation that took place throughout the day or week. Write down one to three loving words of advice your inner guidance has for you from the heart. Keep these loving words with you as you continue working through the situation.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Anytime you judge your inner guidance from the heart as wrong or right, write about why that is and write about how it can be both “wrong and right”, and what is the most important part of what you’re dealing with, facing, resolving, experiencing, etc. Keep focus on the loving outcome of your situation and bring forth one aspect of neutrality to this idea of “wrong or/and right” so that you may have an open heart, no matter what.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about how your inner guidance system from the heart keeps growing in how it leads the way for you now that you’re completely in tune and turned on to it. Write about one to three unique experiences you go through weekly and what additional inner growth opportunities come your way.
