Exploring the love of learning that I have personally experienced throughout my lifetime and how it impacts life differently from the view of learning as unnecessary, a waste of time (as some people seem to feel about it, particularly through their academic years) or “hard” and so not worth pursuing; what happens when you incorporate love of learning and inner growth in your day-to-day and mindset; and how life is a learning experience, so embracing it with love transforms every aspect of that life and day-to-day to so much more.

Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Take your relationship with learning and look to different ways you can add love, curiosity, and excitement to it. Track what ways work for you and what growth comes from this newfound relationship.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Any duality you hold with learning you want to explore from deep within. Look to the areas you judge and why you judge them, as well as what emotions are connected to the judgments. Find one to three places of unconditional love and neutrality you can add to these areas to bring forth neutrality in the duality and see the two as a whole.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about the new discoveries you make of yourself, the world around you and others as you grow the love you hold for learning in your every day and every moment. Write a list of all the things that stand out the most and look the list over year after year to see what’s been added, what’s transformed, and how it’s brought to your inner growth journey.
