Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Take any upsetting situation and work with mind and heart to bring forth a new way you can see the situation (through your thought process on it, perspective) and a way to make peace with the feelings you’re going through (at the heart level, with love, understanding and trust from within).
  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Any situations you are split on (meaning you have at least two feelings and thoughts about that oppose each other), list all the points for each side and then find a third that can bring the two together in a positive way for the situations and your inner growth.
  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Track the transformation your self-empowerment from the mind and heart goes through. You can do this by observing what comes about from within (thoughts and feelings, new and old) as you pursue all that comes your way that is unexpected and takes you by surprise in an impactful way.
