- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Every time you realize you’re faced with a two-sided situation, bring forth a third and fourth side (outlook) to it. Look at how you feel about all the aspects you’re opting and find the place of neutrality that can help you be open to all the sides in a way that transforms your outlook, as well as your course of action from the heart.
