Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Begin redefining yourself with one trait you’ve been given that brings up a lot of mixed emotions. Go within to heal the hurts, find how this trait is acceptable for you and respects or doesn’t involve others, and what compromises you can make so that you can work with you and that trait while continuing to coexist with the external that you live in and are a part of.
  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Look at all those definitions that you find you’re trying to work with and go in-depth on the parts that bring up any hurt. Find how you love those aspects of you and why they are harmless or essentially unimpactful in the life of others. Look for one to three ways to be able and express these traits in a loving way towards self and without impeding or imposing on others anything through the traits.
  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Write about your monthly or weekly observations now that you have come to terms with your redefining of who you are from within and track further inner growth that comes from the experiences you have with the external and this more expressive loving you for who you are from within.
