Inner Growth Exercise of The Day 308 – When Something Just Doesn’t Make Sense

Exploring when something just doesn’t make sense; how to make sense of it and expand it through an inner growth mindset; what inner growth comes from an inner exploration on that something that doesn’t make sense; why it always begins and ends with us and raising our consciousness to us; the role your heart and mind make in the experience; and how learning, loving, and open heart towards you and life, and that something transforms anything that initially doesn’t make sense to something that does make sense even without knowing about it.

Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: When something doesn’t make sense start your exploration with any information that you can think of that can help you explore it. Knowledge can come from life experiences, perspectives, cultures, history books, societal culture, anything related to the subject. Write down three ways this thing that doesn’t make sense begins to make sense when you go beyond in how you’re looking at it.
  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Notice the feelings and/or judgements that come about with things that don’t make sense to you. Find how to neutralize judgement and replace any feelings of judgment with neutrality and notice what happens to the thing that didn’t make sense, not only a change in how you feel, but also in what you’re ready to look at to find some other sense to it that goes beyond your initial reaction.
  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about all the inner growth, societal knowledge, and life experiences you gain from not feeling blocked by something that initially doesn’t make sense to you. Any tips you can share with others on that thing, write them down and keep them in mind for when or if the time is right to share that inner knowledge you’ve uncovered.

Your turn – Share your experience with your inner growth exercise of the day depending on where you are in your journey😊
