Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Make it a habit in your day-to-day to go to your heart for guidance on matters that create inner turmoil, worry, concern, disconnect from flow, anything that throws you off emotionally and through thought processes. Decide on one to three things you can do to regain your center, and use your heart (self-love, love of life, etc.) as your guide to do them.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: When aspects of judgement towards yourself and/or others come about bring your heart in to find compassion, understanding, and neutrality. Transform the judgement to a place of opposites that exist as part of that life experience, and move beyond them by raising your consciousness to the power you hold from within, from the heart and mind with the inner conversations that take place in these moments.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about anything new that comes about with your heart being always in the forefront consciously. Write about the life experiences that take place, that you share, and that you build upon through heart enlightenment and inner growth in time.
