Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: When you notice your focus is on others or things outside of you that aren’t going to resolve a situation you’re dealing with, redirect that focus to within. Work with your thoughts and emotions to bring yourself to a calm place and then list one to three solutions you can provide for the situation.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Explore the judgements you hold in situations where others are involved and aren’t in sync with your ways to approaching things. Bring forth as many thoughts as possible that include acceptance of others as they are and the way you can work with this emotionally from a neutral place with self-love and love for others as they are.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about the ability you are growing in focusing on you and staying open to others as an observer. List what ways this raising of consciousness to you and shift in awareness helps you to better communicate and resolve situations with others, as well as continue your inner growth journey.
