Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: What Makes Something Special
Exploring what makes something special; whether it’s “good or bad” it can be special when in a learning mindset mode, an inner growth mode; how having a child’s outlook on things brings you to see everything as special and how this affects your day-to-day; why making something special is always a choice; and how this choice through inner growth and raising of your consciousness to you, the essence of you and heart, allows you to tap in to the power you hold from within to make your life whatever you wish it to be.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: At the end of each day take the time to think of one special thing you experienced. Also think of one thing you didn’t want to experience, but that you learned from and therefore can consider special as well (thanks to the inner growth that comes with it).
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Take your dualities (judgements, “bad vs good”, etc.) and for any day-to-day moment you judge as something not special transform it from a place of heart with neutrality, self-love, and acceptance of what is. From this place, think of what can be done to resolve a situation, if resolution is possible in that day-to-day moment.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Everyday journal about the way you were able to add special to everything that happened. List the feelings, thoughts, and outcomes of all that you put your best foot forward in throughout that day actively.
