Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: How Childhood Trauma Affects The Brain
Exploring how childhood trauma affects the brain (referencing an article that talks about this); why compassion and love are what we can (each of us as humans) offer one another (not knowing anyone’s complete childhood story and what lies beneath the surface at the heart and mind level of a person); and how inner growth can get you to go within and explore all that is yours so that you may bring love, understanding, knowledge and more to your heart, your person, the essence of you, and life with a raised consciousness and shift in awareness to the depths of you and every person that has been, is, or will ever be a part of your life.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Look to ways you can process and bring love to all childhood traumas you are aware of that you have experienced. Be patient, kind and understanding to self, and try to do the same to others. Also, try to surround yourself with a supportive and unconditionally loving environment of people greatly (if possible), for this can assist.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find the aspects of judgement (the dualities), the hurts and/or fears, the uncomfortable feelings and bring all the unconditional love and understanding you can to support yourself in going beyond the hurt, replace with self-love and acceptance, and move to a place of neutrality through an in-depth understanding with and of you, as well as with and of others.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about the ways you continue to grow love where hurt once lay and how this path allows you to do the same for others and assist them with going beyond their personal hurt with self-love in the forefront and compassion for the external.
