  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: At the end of each day, take some time to think about some of the things you were able to cherish consciously throughout your every moment. Keep them in mind the next day and notice in time how this impacts your feelings about the day.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Notice what areas of your life you’re not cherishing consciously throughout the day. Anything you seem to complain about or take for granted, take the time to write out one to three things you can cherish about them instead.  Notice what transformations take place as you do this.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about how your cherishing life consciously in the moment expands your gratitude for all that takes place in the day. Notice what new things you learn about you and/or others; and what new life moments gain your awareness and feelings of awe consciously as they’re happening.
