Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Practice working with your thoughts daily. Begin with the thoughts that you know you want to transform because they don’t add to your quality of life or emotional state of being. Decide on one to three thoughts you will replace the ones you want to change with and start there. Keep doing this until you feel from the heart that you’ve arrived at pure harmony, inner peace, and neutrality with that situation that you chose to start thinking differently about.
  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find any time you have a thought that judges something as “good or bad” “limited or unlimited”, as opposites with a foundation of judgement stemming from within you, apply one to three ways you can explore it with thoughts that come from a place of unconditional love, compassion, acceptance for how things are, acceptance for how you are; basically, no judgement on any side or any person. Work through the emotions that arise with the thoughts to continue bringing self-love, complete acceptance of you for who you are, while respecting/accepting the external (people and situations) as is/are. When you finally have found a sense of neutrality and flow from deep within your heart, the essence of you, with that thought you are ready to move on to the next one.
  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Consistently track the transformation you have with the mastery of your thoughts and inner growth. Write about how your heart, the essence of you, your unlimited potential is at work through your reality and life, relationships, job, everything. Also, write about how this mastery of thought ends up sharing unconditional love and inspiration to others in your life and in the world.
