Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Different Perspectives Means Different Realities
Exploring how different perspectives means different realities; it’s something you’re not aware of on the surface until it comes out explicitly (usually later on); it affects conversations in different ways when there is no awareness; and once there is awareness, it helps to pursue inner growth and improve communication with the others involved; how these differences add to your life experience when you allow them to help you learn about you, grow unconditional love, tap into your higher potential through your raising of consciousness and shift in awareness to heart, the essence of you, and that mind to heart, heart to mind, talk you can pursue to go beyond; and how it is one way you learn more about and grow your unconditional love for those in your life and that you relate to in the world at one point or another through conversation.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: To get to know how your perspective reflects in your reality make it a habit to journal about them monthly. Next to the perspectives you explore put one or two words that incorporate the reality associated to that perspective. Once you know your connections well enough, try to start learning about the perspectives and realities of others.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Take any aspect of duality that you hold with different perspectives and realities and bring forth one to three things you can work with to be an observer and learner of the perspectives and dualities. Find the feeling that is not flowing and bring forth neutrality here. As you gain a sense of neutrality from the heart, list the thoughts that come to mind and the role acceptance and self-love play in these thoughts.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal monthly about the added beauties you uncover through the experiencing of different perspectives and realities thanks to the people you interact with and share life with on a daily basis. Write one to three things you also expand on and add to your inner growth journey.
