  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Choose one thing you know you have a unique way you’d like to do it and explore what the mixed feelings about going down this path entail. Find one to three ways to bring forth your uniqueness little by little, while dealing with the external through unconditional love for self and others.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Check the duality you see your uniqueness with, meaning how you compare your unique ways to the external. Bring forth one to three aspects of neutrality as you look to continue growing self-love and acceptance of others as unique individuals as well with their unique ways that don’t have to match yours.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about your daily experiences in doing things your unique way. Write about what you learn about you, how you expand, and what you learn about others and the world around you.  Add one thought that includes the gratitude you hold for differences amongst yourself and others.
