Exploring the dynamics of opinions with inner growth in mind; what your feelings about your opinions and other people’s opinions can lead to if you raise your consciousness to those feelings and understand them; why everyone has a right to their opinion and how to use duality to learn from these differences when they arise and grow from your explorations from within; what role unconditional love and neutrality play; the different aspects to keep in mind of where one is at from a consciousness of self, life, and world perspective; and how when you pursue inner growth in these matters, you expand on all levels.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Any time you get upset about an opinion take the time to understand what makes you upset. Write about your feelings and list some ways you can accept the opinions since they don’t have a direct impact on your life. Use compassion and unconditional love along your exploration to work through the upset feelings this way you also work on transforming the feelings associated to opinions that don’t match your own.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Take any opinion that you find bothers you and explore the duality aspects of it. Take those dualities and bring forth an aspect of neutrality to them. Write about how this neutralizes the bothered feelings and what you learn about yourself through the process.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about your experiences with differing opinions now that you observe them from a place of love, expansion, and higher state of consciousness. List a couple of things that stand out the most from the specific situation you get to explore.
