Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Anytime something outside of you creates a lack of harmony, take some time to find what your reasons are and the emotions that are encompassed in those reasons. Then decide on three things you can do to test bringing an inner harmony to the situation in future moments.  Do this until you find the inner harmony that works for you from the heart with the situation at hand.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Make a list of what is harmony to you and not harmony. Look over the list and connect the two in the opportunity they give you to go deep within, explore your feelings, and create a solution that can work with unconditional love and neutrality towards you and the two types of harmonies (harmony and not harmony).  Track how this helps you achieve inner harmony in moments where the outside world is not presenting a harmonious state.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about your experiences with inner harmony as the outside world takes place (all day-to-day matters, world events, etc.). Anything that stands out from the experiences you have, track with a sentence or two so that you can see how this transforms situations for you and continues to expand your consciousness and inner harmony.
