Exploring how going beyond your initial perspective gives you more options; the challenges that may arise as you do this, but how inner growth helps you to see the challenges as the opportunities they are to go beyond; why more options become available to you and how that works emotionally speaking as well; the different ways raising your consciousness to you helps you clarify the depths of your initial perspective; and how the depth you uncover is where you choose if to go beyond and raise your consciousness to more, while embracing the self-leader you can be for yourself at all times.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Take any perspective you have and explore its foundation (where it comes from, who taught it to you, how do you feel about it and why, etc.). Decide what things you can expand on and transform of that initial perspective to positively affect your quality of life.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Make a list of some of the most heart-felt perspectives you have and for each create a “pros and cons” list (what are your positions for the characteristics of that perspective). Bring yourself to connect the “pros and cons” with neutrality to bridge how the existence of both brings a way to experience the perspective at hand. Then, go one step further, and work with your heart to bring forth unconditional love to the entire perspective with “pros and cons” now as a whole (both serving a purpose).
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal daily about how you are able in the moment to expand and add to your initial perspectives in a day. Write about any inner growth notions that stand out, about the expanded consciousness that comes in, and about the feelings you experience and work through.
