Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Make it a habit each day to write about one to three things you did that made you feel good about yourself, life, and what you contributed to the world (to other people’s lives). Also write about what you had challenges with and were not in an unconditionally loving place; look to how you can learn from this challenge and bring forth love for self and others.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: With knowledge of the things you judge in self and others, pick one thing to work on at a time and completely resolve it through unconditional love, healing of wounds/hurts, understanding of others, and the aspect of opposites with neutrality. Write anything that stands out from this process once you’ve completely dissolved the judgement and then move on to the next one on your list.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Once a month, journal about newfound layers to the unlimited potential you hold from within (mind and heart, love and life, human elements and essence/the heart of you) and also that which you discover in every person you interact with from the month or someone that stands out the most to you for the inner growth journey they’re on and what they’re revealing about the unique person they are.
