Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Any time you’re dealing with something you want an answer to, but you have to wait for it (for one reason or another), write down your initial thought/answer to the question/situation. Then explore the feelings that arise as you wait (anything that worries you) and find different ways to reassure and re-center yourself in a place of love and compassion, trust in self and life. Also, journal about anything that stands out from insecurities to ah ha moments.  Lastly, when the answer is revealed, write about it and see how it matches and/or differs from your initial thought/answer to the situation.

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Explore the judgements you hold as you wait for answers to any type of situation. Find one to three ways to bring forth love and compassion so that you may lead those judgements to neutrality (look for ways to make sense and create opportunity from the opposites as well); and journal about how you are identifying, working through, learning from, and putting aside or removing the filters that come from these judgements, which tend to veil/blind you from the heart-felt loving answer(s) you already hold within for the situation.

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about your ongoing inner growth experience with situations that are pending an answer. Write about how love and compassion play a stronger role every time you are faced with waiting and make a note of anything that stands out from the higher potential that comes from within in dealing with these situations.  Also, include how your intuition helps, how it differs and/or is the same to what the answer ends up being, and what major loving lesson you learn from the situation once the complete answer reveals itself.
