Exploring how remembering to receive is important to stay in unconditional love; what this means in application when giving/receiving; how self and unconditional love to self (both) need to be a priority to stay in a place of love at all times, as well as remove one’s self from situations when necessary; why inner growth helps you to achieve this self and other unconditional love in consciousness; and the difference this awareness makes in the life of a person who gives and helps others in and with their lives often.

- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: In any relationship or situation, make it a habit to take an in-depth look at the give-receive ratio feeling (emotionally) wise. Where you find unpleasant feelings, look to ways you can regain balance with self-love, without taking from others or the situation, and proceed to apply this (even if it means severing ties and/or removing one’s self from a situation).
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Take a look at the judgements (duality) you hold for give-receive in life. Every aspect you go in-depth on, find one to five ways to bring forth neutrality that can lead to self and other unconditional love. Track what stands out the most from this process to remember for future moments of need.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about your heightening awareness and inner growth experience in being able to give-receive now that self-love accompanied with love of others as they are is always in the forefront of situations and relationships of a give-receive nature. Write one way you provide unconditional love to self and one way you also provide the same to others or the situation.
