Keep a journal where you write about the thoughts that cross your mind and the feelings that you experience as the “new” you takes place consciously in the experiences that come your way and that you now bring forth inner harmony to more and more.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Every new aspect you notice that you are judging or contemplating in a dualistic way, write out one to three thoughts of the neutrality you can bring to it, and add at least one impartial thought too. Notice how this transforms your emotions from within as you completely let go and transform these dualistic thoughts and feelings into neutrality, impartiality, flow.

Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: For you it’s all about the in-depth details on this continuous adaptation to a continuous “new” you that adds to your quality of life through the expansion of you, your essence, leading with and from heart, raising of your consciousness and access to your higher unlimited potential.
