Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Pick one thing you want to work with to experience and/or do differently. Create a daily journal that you will then reread to outline your step by step process to the transformation you chose for yourself (from within, at the heart, with life in mind).
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Any of the moments you notice you are judging having to take one step at a time to pursue inner growth, write about your feelings and why you are judging the timing of things. Next to what you write find one to three things that can help you have patience and try new things to get you to where you want with inner growth.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about every thought and feeling that crosses you as you move beyond the one step you knew was opening you up to something new consciously and from the heart. Write about one to three ways this has transformed you from within and consequently from without (the world around you/the external).
