Exploring contemplating what you desire most for yourself in life; how this question can get you to take the step in your inner growth journey that brings you to release attachments and to move from duality to neutrality from the heart and mind, if you’re ready; how if this step is taken you move to knowing consciously that you can desire the expansion of you (raising of consciousness, the essence of you that comes forth more and more, etc.) as what you desire most for yourself in life; the different things you can desire most for yourself in life other than the higher unlimited potential of you; and how the choice will always remain yours in consciousness as you decide what focus you bring about when you think of what you desire most for yourself in life.

Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Ask yourself this question every time you are faced with an inner conflict and write down only one desire from the heart for yourself (meaning it affects only your person, no one and nothing else). The desire must be a loving, life promoting, and heart-felt with unconditional love and acceptance towards the external.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: When faced with inner conflict and asking this question, identify the duality that is present in the inner conflict and find the attachment that is holding you back from neutrality and unconditional love towards self and the external.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Every time you find yourself asking this question, journal about the expansion and inner growth lessons that are taking place. Make a list of the “old” that you are transforming to “new” and in what ways this expands your life experience and manifests the life you hold deep within that blends the external world with your inner world in this perfect harmony and unity with all.
