- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Define what solitude is to you and the feelings you associate to it. Decide how you want to transform your thought process and feelings to these moments for your inner harmony and quality of life.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find duality in moments of solitude. List what you judge about the situations and for each judgement bring forth a compassionate thought and reason from the heart that grows your unconditional love for life and gratitude in that moment thanks to the inner growth it brings you.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about important inner explorations that you are able to pursue in moments of solitude; and list the feelings you experience. Notice if there are any thoughts and feelings that you want to add more unconditional love and neutrality/flow to.
