Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Make a list of the words you use to define yourself and others on a day-to-day basis. Do this for a month and then revisit the list of words.  Notice what words you use most and decide on what you can do to bring forth more love to self and others through those words or through the transformation of those words.

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find some of the words you use to judge self and others. Substitute those words with unconditionally loving and neutral ones.  Then, for as long as you notice inner conflict with these words, write about the feelings, thoughts, and why those judgements are present in your thought process.  Decide on ways you can transform them to neutrality from the heart completely and let go of the conflict-judgement aspect.

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about anything that stands out in the words you use or the words others use that you notice for some reason. Write about thoughts, feelings, and what ways you plan on using the words to pursue further inner growth for you, as well as one or two things you can do indirectly to assist others in their unique growth to their higher unlimited potential through the words they use.

Your turn – Share your experience with your inner growth exercise of the day depending on where you are in your journey😊
