- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Notice what areas you continue to have a closed heart in. Then find one aspect of neutrality that can bring you to see that area differently and lead you to having an open heart with it.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about your day-to-day open heart experiences and what areas you paid more attention to because there was more life flow you could bring forth, expanding your open heart in that area.
