Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: Identifying Who You Are From The Heart
Exploring identifying who you are from the heart; what this means in your day-to-day life; how inner growth helps you to have the inner conversations from the heart to voice who you are for you from within; what neutrality has to do with completely freeing yourself from external definitions and resolving inner hurts through self-love and complete heart-acceptance of you for who you are; and why this heart-felt identification of who you are leads to higher potential, inner wisdom, and consistent inner harmony and love from within and for the external.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Write down one to three things you identify with as characteristics of who you are. Explore each with love in your heart for them and expand on any emotions that arise other than love. Decide on one thing you can do to add the love and release the other emotion in a way that frees you from whatever is attached to it.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find where you judge the characteristics that are a part of who you identify to be (the duality). Bring forth love for both aspects and as you do this, think of one way to allow the opposites to exist in a neutral and self-loving, as well as life-loving way.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about the ongoing expansion of your journey with identifying who you are from the heart now that inner growth is a part of the way you explore things and live them (with a state of raised consciousness to you, your heart, the essence of you and all that happens in your day-to-day life experiences).
