  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Sit down with yourself to explore the inner conflict through a means of organization with the external factors and then how you’re processing them from within at the heart level. Write three things you can do to bring harmony from within to the situation through acceptance of what is, the actions you can take while respecting others, and the heart you need to bring love from to the situation.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Identify the duality in the inner conflict, and that means the judgments that are keeping the conflict defined in the duality space. Bring forth one to three inner explorations on how you can choose neutrality thanks to being faced with two opposites and use unconditional love and trust in self to strengthen your position in a way that flows from the heart in favor of a positive outcome without expectations of a specific outcome.

 

  1. Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about the immediate inner knowledge you’re aware of in a moment of inner conflict and expand on the neutrality aspects of them, as well as the emotional inputs from the uncertainty that is always a part of the situation until it unfolds. Write about how you feel flow and/or identify where resistance is present, which is what you get to work through to bring in more flow.
