- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Write about how you deal with people who bring you their ups and downs. Decide on one to three ways you can bring unconditional love to the situation and use the experience to pursue your inner growth with your ups and downs.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find the duality (judgement) of the ups and downs that are being brought your way. Think of how this same duality applies to your self and go to your heart to pursue unconditional love for you as you are, then also do the same for those who brought you the opportunity to explore this situation from within and pursue inner growth with neutrality in duality.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about every aha moment and inner growth experience you gain and get to share through the ups and downs others bring with them, as well as your own ups and downs.
