Inner Growth Exercise of the Day: What It Takes To Be Consistent In Processing Tough Emotions
Exploring what it takes to be consistent in processing tough emotions; how inner growth gets you to pursue this consistency from the heart; why acceptance of you as you are is necessary; how breaking free from repeat cycles affects these emotions; and the amazing journey that lies ahead of you once consistency in processing your emotions becomes routine and natural to you.
Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Take a tough emotion you want to process and decide every day how you’re going to bring forth lightness to the emotion in the moment. Track this experience and use what works to process other tough emotions moving forward.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Find the duality in your tough emotions; the judgements that need to become opposites to then bring forth neutrality and consistently transform tough into neutral. Write about one to three things that helped you process this duality and what role unconditional love played in you being able to do this.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Write about what inner growth comes from the tough emotions that you experience with a raised consciousness to you and the essence of you. List one to three things you can do to share your inner wisdom with others in a loving and impartial way so that they can go to their heart and process those tough emotions in their unique way.
