Your Inner Growth Exercise of The Day depending on where you are in your journey:
- Inner Growth Exercise for Beginners: Take one aspect of your life that you know needs healing from the heart. Think of one to three ways you can bring love to that aspect, accept it for what it is, and learn about yourself through it. Journal about the transformation that takes place in time with this specific event, situation or person (life aspect) and do the same with other areas of your life you identify in time.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Intermediate: Any area you’ve been working on to self-heal through the heart, identify the duality in it. Identify what you’re still holding on to as “good or bad” and bring forth how these opposites can become whole through an in-depth healing from the heart that brings neutrality to the duality.
- Inner Growth Exercise for Advanced: Journal about the continuous self-healing you do at this point in your inner growth journey. Also write one to three things that stand out the most and that you feel you can share with others going through the same self-healing process through inner growth and love from the heart2yv
